Last year, I had a dream…

Well, as I write this it’s MLK day, so that means a gold star for me for relevance.
In this dream, I envisioned a community dedicated to mindfulness and reducing stress. Sounds important enough... right?
It's more important than you may realize -- especially to me -- and especially to my clients.
The reason I had this idea is because over and over again I was seeing new clients come in and check the anxiety and depression boxes on my paperwork. It started getting to me, and I realized, "You know, I could create something to support that."
At first, we tried to create a community event. It was good, but it was a lot of work to get everyone coordinated and ducks in a row and... well you get the idea.
This year, I reimagined what the community could look like, and I came up with an idea for a podcast.
Now, I've never done a podcast before, but I think you are going to like this one.
It's called Mindgarden's "Stress-Less Podcast" where we learn how to stress less and grow more.
Each week, in 10 minutes or less, I will deliver a new "pep talk" chock full of strategies, metaphors, and tips that you can use to cultivate your own "mind-garden"!
