28 Day Rejection is Complete?!

I’ve completed the 28 Day Rejection Challenge!!!

But wait a minute.. I didn’t even finish all 28 days of it.

I was able to complete 11 out of the 28 days giving me 40% completion on the challenge as a whole.

At first, I was really bummed I didn’t execute the entire challenge like I thought I would, but then I thought, “Wait a minute… I’ve never done this before. 40% complete is better than none at all! AND I’ve learned a lot.”

Then something else dawned on me. My clients talk to me about this struggle all the time. They talk about the struggle of committing to an exercise routine or diet challenge, and how they feel they can never complete it how they thought they would, and how they are not consistent.

How do I respond to my clients?

By telling them that you make BIG changes by making small steps toward progress. It’s about practicing these disciplines and keeping track of your progress. We cannot perform at 100% all the time, and that’s okay — it would actually be pretty weird if we didn’t fail. Ever thought of that? It’s human nature!

So as I reflect on the 28 days, I was very aware during that time and sometimes the hardest part is raising your awareness and making a change. I did a decent job and could use some improvements, but I learned some valuable lessons. Super worth it!

But wait. There’s one more challenge I haven’t told you about.
