28 Days of Rejection Therapy: List of Challenges
Community is so important to us humans. Our passions and convictions are important to share with others. If you didn’t catch my last blog, I admitted that I've gotten off track with sharing my passion and conviction for chiropractic. That’s why I've decided to challenge myself with 28 days of rejection.
I am going to do a 28 day rejection challenge and document as many videos of it as I can. I think this will help me get out of my comfort zone, but I also believe it will help some of you who have been timid about connecting with your community. Many of these are pretty silly as this was inspired by a guy named Jia Jang. He did a 100 days of rejection therapy and documented it along the way. He is now a motivational speaker and inspiration to those overcoming the fear of rejection.
28 days of rejection therapy:
Get someone to sing me the Happy Birthday Song when it's not my birthday
Send Stuff to Santa Claus Through Fedex
Be a Live Mannequin at a clothing store
Ring a Bell for the Salvation Army
Sit in the Police Driver's Seat
Slide Down the Firepole at a Firestation
Learn to Make Chai Tea from Barista
Dance with a stranger
