HIIT & RUN

Every Thursday at 6PM!

Meet at Novel Chiropractic for a 15 minute HIIT workout and then jog over to Fastbreak for a track workout. 

These exercises are designed to be "at your own pace" and are appropriate for all fitness levels! The HIIT workout is designed to optimize total body strength and the run is designed to get the most out of the cardio and fat burning!
